15 Guests from the Philippines Explore Da Nang & Hoi An in 5 Days 4 Nights

Another beautiful Vietnam journey has come to an end. 🇻🇳🇵🇭

This time, Tan Trinh Travel had the pleasure of welcoming a wonderful group of 15 guests from the Philippines for a 5-day, 4-night journey through Da Nang and Hoi An.

From the moment they arrived at Da Nang International Airport, the group brought cheerful energy, big smiles and plenty of laughter.

Over the next five days, they explored some of Central Vietnam’s most famous attractions, discovered local culture and created many memorable moments together.

And luckily, we captured plenty of those moments in photos and videos along the way.

Welcome to Da Nang, Vietnam!

The journey began at Da Nang International Airport, where the Tan Trinh Travel team welcomed the group and assisted them with their arrival arrangements.

After a flight to a new country, having transportation and local assistance ready makes the first day much easier.

Instead of worrying about finding transportation or organizing everything immediately after landing, the group could simply collect their luggage, meet our team and begin their holiday.

Exploring Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge

One of the biggest highlights of the trip was undoubtedly Ba Na Hills.

The adventure begins with a cable car journey high above the mountains.

As the group travelled higher, the city gradually became smaller below while beautiful mountain scenery and cooler air surrounded them.

And then came the place everyone had been waiting for.

The Golden Bridge

The famous Golden Bridge, supported by two giant stone hands, has become one of Vietnam’s most recognizable landmarks.

Of course, our group of 15 guests from the Philippines could not leave without taking plenty of photos here.

But sometimes, the best travel memories are not the perfectly posed photographs.

They are the little moments in between.

The jokes.

The laughter.

The unexpected conversations.

And the spontaneous reactions when everyone is simply enjoying the journey.

Discovering the Marble Mountains

Another memorable stop was the Marble Mountains, one of Da Nang’s most famous cultural and natural attractions.

Located between Da Nang and Hoi An, the Marble Mountains are a group of limestone and marble hills filled with caves, temples, pagodas and spiritual spaces.

The group had the opportunity to explore the area, learn more about Vietnamese Buddhist culture and experience a very different side of Da Nang.

Visiting Linh Ung Pagoda

The journey continued to Linh Ung Pagoda on Son Tra Peninsula.

The pagoda is famous for its impressive Lady Buddha statue, overlooking the sea and the city of Da Nang.

The peaceful atmosphere here feels very different from the lively attractions in the city centre.

Visitors can walk around the temple grounds, enjoy beautiful views of the coastline and take a quiet moment during their journey.

A Photo Stop at Da Nang Pink Church

No Da Nang photo collection would be complete without a stop at Da Nang Cathedral, commonly known among travelers as the Pink Church.

Its pastel pink exterior and Gothic-inspired architecture make it one of the most recognizable buildings in downtown Da Nang.

Naturally, it became another fun photo stop for our Philippine guests.

Visiting Da Nang’s Iconic Dragon Bridge

Another symbol of the city visited by the group was the Dragon Bridge.

Stretching across the Han River, the bridge was designed in the shape of a golden dragon and has become one of Da Nang’s most recognizable landmarks.

For international visitors, the area also offers a glimpse of the modern side of Da Nang.

Beyond its beaches and mountains, the Han River area comes alive with bridges, restaurants, night markets and city lights.

More Than Sightseeing: The Moments Between Destinations

A successful group trip is not only about how many attractions you visit.

Sometimes the most memorable moments happen on the bus, during meals, while waiting for the next activity or when someone suddenly tells a funny story that makes the entire group laugh.

Throughout the journey, the Tan Trinh Travel team recorded several short interviews and candid moments with the guests.

There was plenty of laughter.

Plenty of fun conversations.

Plenty of spontaneous reactions.

And most importantly, everyone had the opportunity to simply relax and enjoy the journey together.

Why Da Nang and Hoi An Are Great for Philippine Group Travelers

Blog image

Travelling with a group of 10, 15 or even more people can be a wonderful experience.

But organizing everything independently can quickly become complicated.

Transportation needs to accommodate the entire group.

Hotel rooms need to be coordinated.

Attraction tickets need to be arranged.

Meals need to be planned.

And everyone needs to know exactly where to go and when.

With a pre-arranged land tour, many of these details can be organized in advance, allowing the group to spend more time enjoying the destination rather than managing logistics every day.

Da Nang and Hoi An are particularly suitable for families, groups of friends and private groups because many major attractions are within convenient travelling distance.

During one journey, visitors can experience:

  • Ba Na Hills
  • Golden Bridge
  • Marble Mountains
  • Linh Ung Pagoda
  • Da Nang Pink Church
  • Dragon Bridge
  • Da Nang city attractions
  • Hoi An and surrounding areas
  • Vietnamese food and local culture

The itinerary can offer a good balance between sightseeing, cultural experiences, photography and relaxation.
